Our Story

It Started With People… Not Cars.

When Lanny and Kimberly Williams opened Raceway Motors in 2000, they weren’t trying to build the biggest dealership in East Texas. They wanted to build one that cared differently.

Every day they met hardworking people who simply needed reliable transportation to get to work, take their children to school, attend church, or care for their families—but many had been turned away because of past credit challenges.

Lanny believed people shouldn’t be defined by the hardest chapter of their lives. He believed everyone deserved to be treated with dignity, honesty, and respect.

So instead of building a dealership focused only on selling cars, he built one focused on helping people move forward. That mission still drives Raceway Motors today.
